Maaike Kruseman

Biography

Maaike Kruseman holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics (Geneva University of Health), as well as a Master's degree in Public Health (University of Geneva). She obtained her doctorate in Life Sciences from the University of Lausanne and specializes in the areas of obesity, sports nutrition and weight loss maintenance. She is the author of the book "Changing Weight Is Changing Your Life", in which she develops a therapeutic concept to help maintain weight loss. It combines research work, consultation and teaching.
