Dra. In Psychology from the University of Barcelona. Professor at the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Barcelona. Director of the Consolidated Group of Teaching Innovation GID-CAV of the University of Barcelona. Director of the Official Master Erasmus Mundus Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P). Director of the University of Barcelona Chair - Adecco Foundation for the Labor Integration of People with Disabilities. She is a researcher at the Consolidated Group for Social, Environmental and Organizational Psychology Research (PsicoSAO). He has conducted various research and published in the field of social and organizational psychology.
