Biography
Richard A. Snyder has received his PhD in Zoology at the University of Maryland in 1989. Currently, he is a Professor of Biology and Director of the Center for Environmental Diagnostics and Bioremediation at the University of West Florida. has authored 26 research articles and book chapters, and 13 technical reports. He is a member of the American Society for the Advancement of Science, The Estuarine Research Federation, the Society of Protozoologists, and the American Society for Microbiology.
Research Interest
Microbial ecology, water quality, pollution, and plant community ecology.
