Biography
Department of Entomology and Vector Control, School of Public Health and National Institute of Health Research, Institute for Environmental Research, Teheran University of Medical Sciences, Teheran, Iran. He has worked in the university for the past 25 years and is involved in research in Medicine and Pharmacology. Professor Vatandoost has served as a WHO advisor in different parts of the world. He is President of the Iranian Scientific Society of Medical Entomology and Vector Control, Editor-In-Chief of the Journal of ArthropodBorne Diseases. Head of Department of Chemical Pollutants and Pesticides, Institute for Environmental Research, Tehran University of Medical Sciences, To date, he has presented a total of 200 articles at international meetings, published a total of 438 scientific papers in different international journals. According o ESI evaluation he is the 1% of world scientists.
