Biography

Joanne H. Ebner is the Manager of the Cancer Prevention Department/Nicotine Dependence Program at the Anne Arundel Medical Center, DeCesaris Cancer Institute. She works alongside an amazing team of dedicated health professionals who are committed to improving the health of the community they serve. Joanne is the Chair of the Maryland Cancer Collaborative HPV Workgroup and CoChair of the Maryland Cancer Collaborative Tobacco Workgroup. She has presented nationally, statewide and locally on cancer prevention/early detection and tobacco treatment topics.
