Elizabeth Jarpe-Ratner, PhD, MST, MPH is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Division of Health Policy and Administration, a Core Faculty member of the Doctor of Public Health Leadership Program, and an investigator with the Policy, Practice and Prevention Research Center (P3RC), all at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) School of Public Health.Publications
