Preventing Carcinogenesis with Compounds that Inhibit Cytochrome P450 1A1 and 1B1
Cytochrome P450 1A1 and 1B1 convert polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons to carcinogenic compounds in extrahepatic tissues.
